How do I pay my AZ state taxes that are owed, if I accidentally hit I need an extension?

I owe on my AZ state taxes.  I’m trying to pay it on line but i hit I need an extension.  The return shows filed, but I can’t find where I put my debit card information

I believe once you submit that then you can no longer efile it...so you can print out the voucher with tax return and mail it in or go to irs.gov and set up an account to pay online ..hope that helps ...
