How do I manually enter a tax return (non-TurboTax prepared) from last year into this year's return?

I had a CPA prepare my return last year and I am doing it myself this year and it would not upload my password protected PDF. Thank you.

You cannot manually transfer your 2020 return in to the software to start 2021. If your pdf is password protected and you do not know the password, you just start 2021 from scratch. Very little information transfers from a pdf anyhow---usually just your personal information.
