I am unable to login to TurboTax using the normal username/bot check/password/text message workflow. When I complete those steps, the login screen reappears with a red box above it saying "There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it." This has persisted for days. It happens across multiple browsers, including private windows. However, I *can* login using the "try a different method" option, which requires me to enter my name, address, DOB, SSN, and answer several personal questions each time. This is unacceptably cumbersome. How can I return to logging in using just my username and password?
