How do I list these dividends without a 1099div

Hi, 2021 was my first year investing and I received dividends and am trying to make sure I'm listing them right. I use SoFi and didn't make over $10 in dividends so they didn't send me a 1099DIV. I guess that makes sense to someone. Anyways they sent me an end of year statement with everything I made this year and it has:

-Taxable dividends:              $x.xx

-Non-taxable dividends:     $x.xx
-Taxable capital gains:         $x.xx
(amt. Included in tax. div.)

So if I'm understanding correctly,

taxable dividends = ordinary dividends

Non taxable dividends=qualified dividends

Right? And they combined my taxable dividends and capital gains so should I list it like that or deduct the CG and list it in box 2a? So sorry for the long post but I want to make sure I do this right and maybe help others that are in the same boat. Thank you so much for your help!

Since you did not receive a 1099-DIV, you will need to enter the information that would be found on a 1099-DIV. You will enter the ordinary dividends, qualified dividends, and capital gains that you have listed.

Search for 1099-DIV and use the Jump to Link to get to the form

You will be typing the information in yourself, so continue until you reach the page where you will choose to Type it in myself

Here is the 1099-DIV form with the entry boxes that you will use:

For one thing you can ignore the bottom 2 items.  .32 and .13 are each under 50 cents.  Just enter the $5.46 in box 1a.

Thanks, that was one monthly statement tho not my end of year. I made over $1 in nontaxable dividends.
