How do i know which form was used to file my taxes

I have to file joint this year and all i can get is my AGI, but I need to know the type of form and dont want to pay to upgrade on my account to find out because we are already paying to file joint.

You can request your tax transcript using this link https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript 

Requesting the transcript is free and you can view, print or download it. You should be able to see which form you used to file.
