If Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Massachusetts issued you a 1099-HC then your plan meets the Minimum Creditable Coverage (MCC) requirements. 

If Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Massachusetts issued you a 1095-B then your plan meets minimum essential coverage standards (MEC) set by the federal government under the Affordable Care Act.
