You can activate the Refund Meter by completing the Federal review. 

On the main menu on the left side

• Under Federal
• Click the Federal Review tab
• You must make all of the corrections
• The Federal and State refund meters will appear.

If you have completed the federal tax return using the TurboTax online editions, the Federal Review section showed the amount of the federal tax refund or the amount of federal taxes owed.
