How do I install TT after signing in?

I bought TT from Costco, went to InstallTurboTax.com, signed in, and there doesn't appear to be a way to install it. Instead the website seems to want me to start a return online.

Hmm, it's odd. When I log on using MS Edge, I never got a popup requesting my license code but would instead try and get me to start a return online. On a whim I tried going to the same website with Firefox, logged in using the same account, and suddenly there was the prompt for the license code.

I don't know if the problem was with the browser or some cookie, but it installed just fine after the Firefox download. 

Thanks for the answer even though the (mysteriously effective) solution was something else.
