How do i install last year's turbotax software on a new computer

how do i install last year's (2021) turbotax sofware (which I bought from turbotax) on my new computer?
(No idea why I have already spent on an hour looking for it/trying on TurboTax site and CAN'T DO IT!!!!!)

WAS THE FINE INTUIT RECENTLY HAD TO PAY IRS/US GOV REGULATORS OF OVER $100 MILLION FOR NOT MAKING TURBOTAX SOFTWARE FREELY AVAILABLE TO LOWER INCOME PEOPLE LIKE YOU PROMISED NOT ENOUGH OF A WARNING TO CHANGE YOUR DISHONEST WAYS??????

I've had similar experiences to the above with TurboTax in previous years.
