while in the program, after finishing importing the first a/c you should see a link that's ask's "add another" click on it then proceed with the login to access the other a/c.
Figured it out. Go back to the "Did you have any interest" question. When you get to the "prepare to be impressed" boast, proceed to pick your brokerage, then sign in with her account info this time.

Thanks Mike. Can you tell me how to find the 1099's I have imported into Turbotax? I don't think it got them all, and when I 'review' a 1099, it doesn't say which account it is for, which makes it hard to debug.
In my case Turbo Tax automatically uses my Fidelity account login again without giving me the option to log in to my Wife's account so your approach does not work for me.

What if I can't import my 1099? - Intuit
I ran into this same issue with both my wife and I having accounts at Fidelity. Fortunately TT only saves in cache memory the last set of credentials you used. I selected another institution, such as Schwab and grabbed my 1099's from there, then I went back to Fidelity for a second go at it. This time around TT finally prompted me to enter credentials again and then was able to put in my wife's and download her 1099's.
Same problem. My credentials are cached and there is no way to log in with my spouse’s - same brokerage; different accounts
Did you figure this out? I have the same problem.
Please follow the instructions here to clear the cache, as well as delete the cookies. Once done, close the browser and reopen it. Then you should be able to log in and upload your spouse's account. @Bam292929
Log out of Turbo Tax (TT) and then log back in again (I am using the online version). After you log into TT again, click on "add another" (exact wording?) and TT will again prompt you for the login information for your brokerage. This time use your spouse's ID and PW. Background: my wife and I both have separate accounts and a joint account at Fidelity. When I import my account from Fidelity into TT it works fine. However, when I clicked on "add another" TT kept trying to re-import my forms. I finally logged out of TT and started the process again. Then, I entered her ID and PW to Fidelity and TT got her forms. Be careful, because on this second pull from Fidelity, TT again pulled our joint account. Because I had previously imported this account, I de-selected it for importing a second time. This seems like a fairly common situation that Intuit should have better covered in their software.
