How do I have my healthcare forms resent to me?

You can probably get a copy of your Form 1095-A online. Follow the instructions at the following link.

https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/#find-1095-a

If you are not able to get it online, call the Marketplace at 800-318-2596.
