How do i get to my documents to change info on my dependents on turbo tax

To edit your dependent information in TurboTax Online, as long as you have not e-file your tax return, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your TurboTax Online Account
2. Continue your return (pick up where I left off) 
3. Select the personal info tab in the upper left-hand corner of the TurboTax program
4. Select Edit next to your dependents under personal info summary

If you have already e-filed your return then it is too late. Once you transmit your return you cannot change it or get it back. You would have to wait until your return gets rejected or accepted.  If rejected, you can make your changes or add information to your return. If accepted, you would need to amend your return to correct or add information to your return.
