How do I show (via Forms 2210) my income is mostly in the 4th quarter to minimize penalties due to uneven estimate tax payment?

Go to Other Tax Situations->Additional Tax Payments->Underpayment penalties, then answer Yes.

This will lead you through an interview. When you get to "Annualized Income Method", enter Yes. The subsequent screens will let you enter your income per quarter.

why is it so hard to do prior years now in turbotax, it used to be easy! I see the years selection buttons show up when I log in, but then they go away too fast to click
