How do I get the exact AGI from my 2022 return filled with TurboTax in order to file my 2023 taxes?

I have sent a request for the year 2022 transcript 2 times but never received it.

I have sent a request for the year 2022 transcript 2 times but never received it.

Since you say you sent a request for a 2022 transcript, does that mean you do not have an IRS account, so you ordered a transcript at the IRS website?   If you do have an IRS account, a page in the IRS account should show the prior-year AGI information, and also allows for downloading of a transcript.

If you used Online TurboTax to prepare the 2022 return, there should be a copy of the 2022 PDF in your online account--IF you are in the same account as last year.   Many people end up with multiple accounts, but we can tell you how to find another account.  For the sake of time, I'm going to go ahead and assume you used 2022 online TurboTax and tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

First look in the account you are currently using for your 2023 return.  Log in and open your 2023 return interview.   In the left menu column click on Tax Home.   At the Tax Home page scroll way down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents", see if the 2022 online return PDF is there.   If it isn't, then the following will tell you how to look for multiple accounts (User IDs).

You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes.  A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.  It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.

To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by other parameters.

If you do find another account, then when you regain access to it, you'll likely not yet have a Tax Home tab in the left menu column at first.   In that case you'll have to minimally start a 2023 return in that account by answering a few preliminary questions, then at some point the Tax Home tab will appear.  At the Tax Home scroll way down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents", select 2022, and see if the 2022 PDF is there.

The IRS computer might have a different amount than the one on your 2022 return.  If the AGI from your return does not match, you can submit again with zero as the AGI.   If that does not work, you can mark that you did not pay taxes in 2022 and the AGI question will be skipped.   The IRS does not care.

You can also print and mail your return.
