How do I get the activation code box to appear ?

I have the activation code but no box to enter ir into.

I purchased the TurboTax Deluxe 2020, installed it from the CD and no where did it ask for the Activation Code and there doesn't appear to be anyway to open the program.

Please see this troubleshooting tip from our Champ DoninGA:

• change your resolution to 800 x 600 (start>setting >system resolution. once it's been changed, your screen size will look very big. REMEMBER your initial resolution setting!
• launch TT and the activation screen should launch.  copy / paste in your activation code. you should get the 'all set' green check mark
• change your resolution back to what is was originally.

I JUST RECEIVED MY TURBOTAX.  INSTRUCTION SAY TO GO TO MY ACCOUNT WITH INTUIT, WHICH I DID, BUT CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE TO ENTER PRODUCT CODE.

The 16 digit license code is located in your download account for 2023 desktop software you purchased from TurboTax.

Sign onto your download account here - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads

Download and install the TurboTax desktop software on a personal computer.  During the installation you will be asked to enter the license code.
