How do I get the 2016 program that I can load on my pc. I don't want the download version. Thanks,

You can order a CD, but that is only good for the initial installation. All updates must be downloaded.

After you click on that link and select what you want, click on CD.

The download program is the same as the CD.  You must mean you don't want to use the ONLINE web version.  The Desktop CD/Download program will come out later this month.  If you are not on the Advantage Autorenew plan you can pre-order it now at the link posted above.
