How do i get refunded if I was overcharged? I was only supposed to pay $39 for the CT state but upon check out I was automatically charged another $39 for TT Deluxe.

If you used Deluxe for federal and state that was the correct fee. You pay for the federal and you pay for the state. State is not included--it is a separate fee.
