how do I get out of the $25 fee for an earlier returnee when I don't need an early refund and do not want to pay a $25 fee

Turbo Tax is forcing filers to pay a $25 early refund fee, all I see is a law suit, there is no way to get out of paying this fee. I don't need an early return and I don't want to pay for one. How do I get out of being forced to pay this fee?

Nobody is forcing you to use the 5 day early offer.  It is simply one of the choices offered in the FILE section.  If you have not yet e-filed, make a different choice and do not choose the "early" offer.   If you already e-filed, it is too late to "un-do" your choice.
