How do I get my discount for $20 off?

I have a Groupon Email but after going into TAKE ME TO MY RETURN, and after going to TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS, then FEES.......my discount is NOT APPLIED at the end. I need help before midnight. I have been trying all week and nothing.
