How do I get exemption certificate number for LAST year 2022

site TURBO TAX referred me to is for this year 2023 which I need but how do i get exemption number for last year couple months not covered

You have to apply for your exemption certificate prior to January 1, so it is too late to apply for 2022. 

There is no federal penalty for not having health insurance, so for most people the exemption is not needed.
