How do I get access to the online web to make photo copy of my 1099 to complete form 1040-V to send quarterly payments or to use my refund to pay for 2024 taxes?

The 1099 box 4 for social security does not show any amounts taken out. It shows None.  But box 3 shows what I paid. So I guess this is where they want me to continue to pay even though I did not owe  but got a $3,203 refund. So do I send an empty envelope back to the IRS with no form  1040-V since I did not owe but got a refund?

You sound very confused.   Are you really using the online "Live" software that you posted your question from?  If so, you need to contact your tax expert with these questions.
