How do I get a refund of a Turbotax efile that was not accepted? The return was not accepted and I subsequently mailed it in to the IRS.

There is nothing to refund ... the fee was for the use of the program to complete a return that could be filed even if you have to mail it in ... there was no extra fee to efile it and there was no guarantee made that you could successfully efile which is why you pay the fee BEFORE you efile.

Not true. There is an extra fee to efile state, and that is what I am seeking reimbursement for.
