How do I fix when downloading from JP Morgan Chase into Turbotax for Mac 2018 (Error 5209 Error Code:907-Formnotavailableforuser. Script not able to locathe PDF formlink?

I seem to be able to download from JP Morgan Chase into a simpler/new Turbotax file, but not into my larger more complicated one.
