How do I fix the errors on my state form when pressing continue is putting me in an endless loop ending me with nothing?

It keeps telling me to fix an error on my state form but doesn't tell me let me fix it. I manually went back and double checked the numbers it was asking about and they all seem correct. Not sure what I'm supposed to do or how I'm supposed to file. Pretty frustrated.
