How do I fix my return if I thought no one claimed me as a dependent, but my mom did?

I didn't know until my tax return got rejected that my mom listed me as a dependent on her tax return for 2018. How do I amend these issues? When I try to click back through and fix it in TurboTax's automated system it doesn't show me where the errors are. Also, will I have to amend my W2 first? Thank you!

Go to My Info and click edit by your name.  Go back through the questions and when it asks if you can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return say YES.

No, you do not need to amend your W-2, that is fine. To change your dependent status, go under the personal heading in the program (on the left side) and click through those questions. There you will see the question about being claimed as a dependent. You can change this to someone can claim you as a dependent. Then re-file your return.
