How Do I Fix an Incorrect Phone Number for My Spouse

When I go the Forms view of my returns, I see that the phone number for my spouse is NOT correct, it is showing an old phone number (probably pulled from previous return(s). In the Forms view I can select or highlight the box with the incorrect phone number, but it won't let me change it. When I go back to the Step-by-Step option, I see no option to change my spouse's phone number in the Personal Information section. How do I do I fix this?
