How do I find the screen to select "Software Update" for the local version of TT? It's instructing me to go to the Online version Help menu, but I can't find a help menu

I'm trying to submit my State taxes with my Mac version of TT, and although the federal taxes submitted fine, TT is telling me I need to do a software update to get State to submit. And I cannot find the Help menu in the Online version...

I was given a screen where I was instructed to enter "amount to pay" in line 7. This amount was more than the projected amount due. Where is the screen so I can edit?
