Found link to discounted pricing via TTAX download options while browsing Turbotax community support pages, instead  of being continuously transferred to the site's personal Q&A leading to cloud based, or to CD version which I didn't want.

And be sure you pick the right download, Windows or Mac.  For 2022 returns you now need Windows 10 or Mac 11 or higher
