For your AGI, try 0 instead. There is a possibility that the IRS does not have last year's AGI in their system, especially if you paper-filed your return.
If that doesn't work, then double-check your AGI by following the instructions in this Help Article: How do I find last year’s AGI?. Sometimes the AGI is actually a different number than what we think it is.
As far as your PIN is concerned, you have the option to either use last year's PIN or choose a new PIN. The PIN can be any 5 digits. Since you didn't e-file last year, then select this option.
I found this be incorrect. I keep getting rejected by not having the correct 5 digit pin. Turbo Tax team really needs to address this issue.
@Jwarpix Your self-select PIN is not something we keep on file. However, if you have last year's AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) you can use that instead of a self-select PIN. The following Help Article can help you locate last year's AGI: How do I find last year’s AGI?
How do I get my pin?
I am having issues reporting sick pay and taxes in Ohio. It says the payers state doesn't match.
Hey folks
if this your first time to e-file, leave the AGI at 0. This will allow your taxes to be accepted by IRS. It took me a while to figure this out as Turbo Tax stated you must match AGI to be accepted, not the case here.

What kind of PIN? Are you referring to a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) provided by the IRS, or are you referring to a 5-digit Self-Select PIN that you used to sign your 2019 return last year?

If you are referring to the 5-digit Self-Select PIN, most people who no longer have it choose to verify their 2020 efiling with the 2019 AGI instead, using the AGI field instead of the PIN field. The program will still ask you to select a new 5-digit Self-Select PIN, which can be used next year.
I need ip pin to file taxes
If you already have an IP PIN, but need to retrieve it, see: Retrieve Your Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN). Otherwise, see: How do I get my 6-digit IP PIN?
Once your identity is verified with the IRS and you have received an IP PIN and added it to your return, you can still e-file. To report your IP PIN, follow these steps:
