For your AGI, try 0 instead. There is a possibility that the IRS does not have last year's AGI in their system, especially if you paper-filed your return.
If that doesn't work, then double-check your AGI by following the instructions in this Help Article: How do I find last year’s AGI?. Sometimes the AGI is actually a different number than what we think it is.
As far as your PIN is concerned, you have the option to either use last year's PIN or choose a new PIN. The PIN can be any 5 digits. Since you didn't e-file last year, then select this option.
