How do I fill out Massachusetts health care section

I am a MA, state worker and have a 1095-C how do i enter my subscriber number since i do not have a 1099-HC only a 1095-c

After this step, the program will tell you that is all that is needed. We just want the program to know that you had insurance and all is well. You can enter your provider along with either your account number or 1095-C to fill in the subscriber number that you do not have. The program accepts letters and numbers in this box.
