On the screen that asks if you received Form 1095-A, click the button that says "No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A," then click Continue. Then you will be able to file without entering Form 1095-A. But if you did receive Form 1095-A, or you received Advance Premium Tax Credit for health insurance from the Marketplace, and you file without the 1095-A, you will get a notice from the IRS and your tax refund will be significantly delayed.
