An extension does not give you extra time to pay your tax due. It only gives you extra time to prepare and file your Form 1040. Your estimated tax is still due by April 18, 2023 or you will be subject to interest and/or penalties.

There are no extensions for payment of taxes owed. You have to pay the taxes owed on or before April 18, 2023 to avoid a failure to pay penalty.
