For what tax year? Starting in 2018, there is no more 1040-EZ form or 1040-A. THere's only the 1040.

If you have a very simple return, yes.

In December 2017, Congress passed the largest tax reform bill in over 30 years. The 1040EZ is no longer available.  The only form that is available is the 1040.
