How do I file taxes after requesting (approved) an extension for 2020?

Extension filed and approved on May 17th - do I have to completely redo these and pay again?

No.  Just finish and file.  Are you done filling out your return?

There was an issue with the 2019 taxes (which has just been resolved after three months!)  Had filed the extension in the meantime for 2020 taxes which were completed and readied through Turbo Tax.   Now the page will allow me to view the document (2020) but there isn't any direction on how to electronically move forward and send the 2020 doc...   Am at the point that I do not mind paying again for the service but can't seem to get back to the original processing sections ...

Just go though the FILE tab to the very end and submit.  Can you get back into your return?

In TurboTax Online, sign in to your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2020, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you back into your return).

FYI - Since they are processing your 2019 late then enter 0 for the AGI to efile 2020.
