Sorry---you cannot use the CD/download on an iPad. That software can only be used on a full PC or Mac. You are also too late to use online TurboTax for a 2021 return. So.....do you know anyone who will allow you to use that CD/download on their Mac? If you cannot find a way to use the downloaded software ask for a refund from customer support and find another way to prepare your return. Maybe you can use the IRS Free File site--which will still let you use it until November 17---then that closes down too.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
