How do I file a recovery rebate credit if I don't file taxes on SSI

You can file your 2020 tax return with no income entered if you are eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit.  The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.  If eligible the credit will be entered on the federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 30.  The credit will be included in the federal tax refund.

You can try to use   https://freefile.intuit.com/

It is exclusively available online and it is not the same as the TurboTax Free Edition.  For 2020, if your Adjusted Gross Income AGI is $39,000 or less, you may qualify.
