How do I file a 2nd Federal return?

My Deluxe Purchase includes 5 federal e-miles. How do I start a second filing?

Start Turbotax

Click on the File drop down

Click on New Tax Return

Start filling out the information for the 2nd Federal return.

You get 5 efiles in the Desktop CD/Download program.  But you might be in the Online version by mistake.  That has been happening.  Did you get the Desktop program installed and Activated with the 16 digit License Code?   The Desktop program has the menus going across the top.  The Online version has the menu in a black bar down the left side.

So for the Desktop program go up to File-New tax return.  If you accidentally used the Online version post back and we can help you switch to your Desktop program.
