How do I enter Uber earnings in 1099-MISC?

A TurboTax employee helped me enter information from my earnings summary into TurboTax Delux but I do not recall how to. What from my summary goes into 1, Rents, 2 Royalties, 3 Other Income, Box 7 Non-employee compensation? Where do I enter my deductibles such as mileage and insurance?
