How do I enter my Federal Identity Protection PIN on my 1040

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.

• Thank you for the response which worked. For a company named Intuit, however, it's not very intuitive to find it under Other Taxes. It should be added to the Personal section at the beginning. That being said, thanks again.
