To enter estimated taxes:

In your open return
Select Tax Tools, then Tools from navigation pane on the left
Select Topic Search
Type 'estimated tax payments' in the box, then select GO

It's still there. I made a screen shot. The SE version doesn't have a Personal or Business tab anymore. It's under

Federal on the left side
Then Deductions & Credits at the top
You might have to click on See All Tax Breaks
