Yes. The income is considered business income and should be reported.
Currently Form 1099-K income is not entered separately as an income form, but gets reported along with other similar income.
TurboTax Deluxe will handle a limited Schedule C, which is the minimum you will need to report this "self-employment" income (income from 1099-K or 1099-MISC are considered self-employment). BUT you will not be able to enter expenses incurred with this income.
