You don't actually enter the Form 1099-S. Enter the sale as an investment sale, under Federal Taxes > Wages & Income > Investment Income > Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other. When it asks what type of investment you sold, select Second home. The rest should be self-explanatory.
