How do I enter a w-2 correction form?

When you're in the "enter your W2" flow the product will ask you if the W2 you're entering is a corrected one or not, mark that it is a corrected W2.  Then all you have to do is follow the on-screen instructions.  Here is a link to an article on how to add a W2, in case you need it.
