How do I enter a credit of $1,400 from my 2023 TurboTax software, which was mailed on paper to the IRS, that stated I wanted it applied to my 2024 tax filing?

I credited my 2023 refund to my 2024 tax form; however, it was not carried over in TurboTax tax

Go to Federal Taxes > Deductions and Credits.
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid. Click the Start or Update button for Other Income Taxes.
Under "2023 Refund Applied to 2024" click the Start or Update button for "2023 refund applied to 2024 federal taxes."
