How do I edit the taxpayer section part I where it asks, "Can taxpayer be claimed as dependent of another person?) If yes, was taxpayer claimed...?

I've gone back thru step-by-step and it doesn't show and the form won't let me edit that section. Seems elementary but nothing seems to work to edit.

Return to My Info and click on Edit beside the individual's name where you wish to update the answers.  Select continue on the first page and then look for the question "Do Any of these apply to [Name]?"  

Here, check the box "Another taxpayer can claim [Name] on their tax return."  Once this box is checked radio buttons should appear for the second part - will they or will they not claim the individual.
