How do I edit Form 37 (RITA) prior to filing taxes?

I want to file my taxes and  when I do go through the final check, it says I have to fix things on form 37 and I can't edit the form.  How do I edit this form?

If @Hal_Al cannot help with this, you will most likely have to contact Support.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)

Q.  How do I edit form 37?

A. You can't. You can only make corrections in the interview or review section.  For more specific help, you need to describe what the error is.

I actually find it easier to fill out a city return by hand or at the  RITA web site, than to use TT. Things don't happen automatically and you need to know what you’re doing. The actual  RITA forms are easier to follow than the TT interview..

TT cannot e-file an Ohio City or RITA return. It must be printed and mailed. So, you can ignore the RITA form in TT.

You can try deleting RITA and starting over.  At the screen "RITA Municipal Income Tax", click "Done with RITA".  The next screen will allow you to delete.
