You delete a dependent in My Info. But provide some facts. Whose tax return are you preparing? Whose dependent was the person who passed away and when did the dependent die? If the dependent is already on the tax return then their SSN must already be there too. Why do you think you need it in order to delete a dependent? It is not clear what you are trying to do.
