For the purpose of signing your electronic return,you can create any combination of 5 digits to use. For more information on the self-select PIN and any concerns, see the following IRS link: https://www.irs.gov/e-file-providers/self-select-pin-method-for-forms-1040-and-4868-modernized-e-file
