How do I continue ? my 1095-a form, column "C" is zero. How do I continue when Turbo-tax is requiring me to enter an amount ?? I have $364.51 in column "A" "c" zero

on my 1095-A form my column "C" is zero and Turbo Tax is not allowing to continue. It is expecting an amount.

Column "A" has an amount of $364.51 and Column "B" has $258.64 and column "C" has 0

Or you could try entering .01 in the Col C as a workaround. TurboTax rounds numbers so the amount in Column C will be recorded as zero. Let me know if this works

Or you could try entering $0.01 in the Column C as a workaround. TurboTax rounds numbers, so the $0.01 amounts in Column C will be recorded as zero's on the Form 8962. This will accurately report your 1095-A and Column C amounts on the form.

Feb 2025 still not resolved.

I received no Monthly advance payment of premium tax credit.

My 1095-A says 0.00 in column C

The TurboTax for will not let me continue with 0.00 or 0.01

What am I supposed to do?

If column C is blank then you did not receive any Advance Premium Tax Credit.  In that case you would only file the 1095-A if your income had dropped during the year and you should have been eligible for a tax credit.  If your income remained what you reported at the end of the year and you did not receive any APTC then you have no need to file the 1095-A.
